The website oneleg.dk belongs to OneLeg by susanne schmidt aps and all orders to oneleg.dk are processed and invoiced from OneLeg by susanne schmidt aps. In this trade terms, seller (and webshop) is referred to as OneLeg.
Oneleg.dk discloses the essential characteristics of the product, for further information or questions about existing information please contact OneLeg at email@example.com.
All prices are valid only on the day of ordering. Prices can be changed and buyer will be billed at the price applicable on the day of purchase, if OneLeg accepts the order. All prices are shown incl. VAT.
You can order goods at our online shop oneleg.dk. If you have requests for items that are not shown on the site, please feel free to contact us.
When you trade with oneleg.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
As a consumer it is not possible to view previous orders on the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
On Oneleg.dk you can pay with:
Companies and institutions can pay with their EAN number. They will then receive an e-invoice from OneLeg.
There is no fee for payment on oneleg.dk
We can never withdraw a larger amount than what you have agreed upon at the time of purchase.
A card fee can occur when using different payment options. The fee for using the chosen payment option and method is stated in the parenthesis.
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL). It is only you and PBS that can read these information. This way no one else can see or store the information about you. For purchases with Dankort or credit cards, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item is departed from OneLeg.
You must pay a freight to get your order delivered.
Delivery is done with PostNord or GLS. Below you can see what shipping to private recipients in Denmark costs:

We deliver to Denmark, countries within the EU as well as Norway and Switzerland. Freight rates for delivery outside these countries will be shown in the order confirmation, but can be obtained from firstname.lastname@example.org.
The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:
Only when the ordered goods have come into the possession of the buyer, the risk, that the ordered goods will be destroyed or damaged due to incidents, falls upon the buyer.
The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop at oneleg.dk you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduced price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occured as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
How quickly do I complaint?
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If your complaint is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the item, please indicate what the problem is as detailed as possible. Note! We do not receive packages paid on delivery etc.
Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for the shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

Information about the items ordered from such websites is not included in the description of the goods ordered in the Buyer-OneLeg Agreement. The goods then meet the buyer’s expectations if they match OneLeg’s own description.
OneLeg is not liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the goods ordered arriving late to the buyer or that the items ordered suffer from defects when the delay or defects are due to the buyer’s action or omission or circumstances beyond the control of OneLeg, for example due to war, insurgency, disturbances, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor conflicts of all kinds, including strike and lockout, or the like.
You have 14 days right of cancellation when shopping at oneleg.dk.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:
- Have received your item
- Obtains the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several items, which are ordered in one order and are delivered individually
- Gets the last batch, or the last part of the order to your physical possession, when it comes to an agreement to deliver a product consisting of multiple lots or parts
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
You can not regret just by denying the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.
You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in reference to returning the item. Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
Goods returned UFRANCO or upon request are refused receipt. When returning please use PostNord – no alternative package distributors, as it allows tracking the item if it should be lost during return shipping. You should ship the item properly packed – together with a copy of the invoice, and please state clearly that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to receive a refund of the item’s price.
You are only liable for any deterioration of the items value due to handling it in other ways than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product in a manner that ensures that it is not subject to impairment, but you must not take it in real use.
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the purchase price. If you are using your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (not, however, additional costs incurred as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery which we offer), without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We implement such a repayment with the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
We can withhold repayment, until we have received the products back, unless you before then have provided documentation of having returned the products.

If Buyer informs OneLeg that buyer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, OneLeg will refund the amount received.
What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. These return rules apply to all items sold as distance sales (for private) – this does not apply to goods sold to companies.
